This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle user data in strict compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google Data Safety requirements, and international student privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

We collect minimal data required to deliver core educational services:

• Personal Identification: User Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture provided explicitly during Google Sign-In authentication.
• Student Profile Preferences: Educational stage (Elementary, Middle, High School), Grade level, and Academic branch (Scientific/Literary) selected by the student to deliver relevant study materials and ministerial exam papers.
• Device & Technical Information: FCM Push Notification tokens, Android OS version, and app performance telemetry for delivering critical exam news and ensuring app stability.
• Storage Access: Permission to download and cache educational PDF files directly on your device.

3. Third-Party Services & SDK Disclosures

Our app utilizes trusted third-party SDKs provided by Google to ensure cloud sync, security, and sustainable operation:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging): Used for secure account login, encrypted database storage, and push notifications.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays non-intrusive advertisements to keep our educational resources free for all students. AdMob may process anonymized Advertising IDs in accordance with Google Ad Policies.
• Google Play Services: Used for reliable sign-in authentication and app integrity checks.

4. Data Encryption & Security

All user data transmitted between the Malazmy app and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS encryption protocols. Database records are stored securely in Google Firebase cloud datacenters.

5. Children Protection & Student Privacy (COPPA)

As an educational tool designed for primary and secondary school students:

• We do not request or collect sensitive real-world personal information.
• Student academic selections (grade/stage) are strictly used to filter educational curricula inside the app.
• Parents or guardians can request deletion of student records at any time.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion Mechanism

Users have full right to request deletion of their account and associated profile data at any time:

• You can modify your profile directly inside the app under Profile settings.
• To request full account data erasure, use the support form built directly into the app (click on the 🛠️ tools icon in the header). All associated records will be permanently erased within 7 business days.
